Make a donation to the York Rally
Running the York Rally sustainably is a major challenge. Each year, we the total we are aiming for is around £20,000 to cover unavoidable costs, including Knavesmire hire, insurance, showers, toilets, security, marquees, first aid, and much more. Much of this is raised from campsite fees, traders and other income, but it is still a major challenge each year to keep the Rally sustainable.
So donations are very much appreciated and will be put to good use.
We believe strongly in transparency, and updates on the Rally’s financial situation are given at every Rally meeting, at which all are welcome to attend. See the ‘Committee’ page for details of the next meeting.

Donate cycling items for us to sell
If you have any unused cycling items or clothing you could donate, please do bring them along to any Rally meeting or the event itself, so that we can sell it to raise funds for the Rally. Full details are on the Saddlebag Sale page. Thank you!
