Merry Christmas from the York Cycle Rally & Festival!

Next year's event (20-22 June 2025) is really starting to take shape, with site plan changes firming up and our all-volunteer organising team already working hard to iron out the hundreds of details which make for a successful and safe event.
|
Meanwhile, campsite bookings for 2025 are open, and the earlybird discount, for the lowest possible prices, ends on the 1st Jan 2025.
|
As we explained oin our last email, to secure the future of the event, for 2025 we have reluctantly increased campsite pitch prices (detailed on the booking page) this year. You can read more about why we have taken this difficult decision here.

If you can, please do book a pitch (and ideally, catch the earlybird pricing before the end of the year!), and we'll look forward to seeing you there. Your continued support is very much appreciated, and many thanks to all who have already booked pitches.

Finally
Our next organising team meeting will be on the 25th January, 10:30-12:30 in York, or as usual there will be a video call option for anyone who can't make it in person. If anyone reading this would like to join the organising team, in any capacity (or just to observe, to start with) you would be most welcome to attend - please just contact us.

We can't wait to see everyone on the Knavesmire again in 2025 for another York Cycle Rally and Festival!
