New Rides Registration procedure for 2025
If you would like to go on any of our Guided Rides, we are asking you to register, well in advance of your ride, at the Festival’s Information Hub. This means at least 30 minutes before the ride is scheduled to leave!
The reason for this are, firstly, it allows rides to depart on time and, secondly, some of our rides will have numbers limits on them. This is for safety and logistical reasons.
When you register, we are asking you to complete an Emergency Contact Card, and take it with you. On the reverse you should make a brief note of any medical condition which might affect you during your ride, eg Diabetes. This card should be given to your Ride Leader before the ride departs.
It will not be possible for you to register for rides in advance of the Festival.
