Advice for riders
The Festival is only a few weeks away, and we are looking forward to welcoming you to our Guided Rides programme for this year.
There are some circumstances where the leader of your guided ride might need to be made aware if you have certain medical conditions which could affect you during your ride.
This can be done by putting a note on the back of your Emergency Contact Card (these will be available for all riders at the rides registration desk in the Festival Information Hub)
So, for instance, if you have diabetes do please let your ride leader know, in case you “go low”. Better still make sure that you have snack with you.
