The Festival Organising Committee is hoping that this year’s event will be a bumper one; so much so as to guarantee the future of the York Cycle Festival.
To make this happen, we need to raise as much money as possible, not only to cover this year’s costs, but also to create a surplus to enable us to plan for future events.
Every penny counts!
The Organising Committee is running its own stall at the new, even bigger, Cycle Jumble (formerly the Saddlebag Sale) and we need donations of stuff!
What do we need?
We would really like donations of decent, saleable spare parts, accessories, cycling-related books, memorabilia etc.
Please; no clothing or complete bikes!
There will be boxes for any donations in the Festival Information Hub. Any unsold items will be taken away. We will put these on Ebay (with proceeds going to the YCF) or given to one of many bike refurbishing charities.
